Sr. Product Manager, Integrations

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap of facility and enterprise integrations, APIs, and marketplace from new product/feature introduction to in-market success in a diverse and fast-growing SaaS company. This role reports to the VP of Product Management.   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive enterprise and integration, API, and Marketplace roadmap aligned with the company's overall vision and goals  
  • Prioritize the roadmap, make tradeoffs, and gain stakeholder consensus based on effort/impact 
  • Define MVP product experiments, quickly iterate based on Voice of Customer, and achieve measurable feature/product market fit 
  • Directly engage midmarket and enterprise customers to ensure we are listening to their needs 
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies for new products 
  • Score features, write user stories, and gather requirements based on strategic initiatives and business objectives, while improving process and tooling  
  • Develop strategies for monetizing integration, API, and marketplace products, including pricing models, licensing agreements, and partnerships 
  • Identify and cultivate technology partnerships for growth and scale within the industrial manufacturing ecosystem 
  • Actively partner with engineering and UX to plan, design, test, and release world class integration experiences  
  • Continuously adapt to evolving market dynamics, identify opportunities for expanding our product offerings based on customer feedback 
  • Define user personas and deliver user experiences that accomplish each use case in order of importance 
  • Own product analytics and maintain a data driven approach to optimizing product adoption, including developing and reporting on product engagement metrics for owned areas 
  • Cultivate interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the product management process and technology 
  • Identify new strategic opportunities to grow the integrations product area based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices 
  • Be the resident integrations product expert and deeply understand the outcomes the product is designed to deliver across Integration and Marketplace experiences 

Who You Are:  

  • Bachelor of Science technical degree or equivalent experience preferred 
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams is a SaaS product management role to deliver best-in-class user experiences across devices 
  • Experienced in enterprise integrations (i.e., ERP systems) planning and implementation with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders from concept to launch and expansion  
  • An API first mindset with a track record of creating seamless integration and marketplace experiences with your cross functional engineering and UX team  
  • A natural collaborator with customers and diverse teams of UX designers, engineers, and data scientists to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth 
  • Familiar with analytics and AI technologies and best practices, with a keen understanding of basic statistics and Machine Learning 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills, paired with a need to validate your instincts with data by using industry leading analytics tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI and SQL as well as product telemetry tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Pendo  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders 
  • Working knowledge of the Internet of Things (IoT) devices/products preferred 
  • Self-motivated, thriving in a fast paced and dynamic team culture  
  • Deep customer empathy, curiosity, and passion for solving problems 
  • Familiar with data monetization strategies and business models 
  • An expert in continuous discovery and defining requirements for web and native applications  
  • Thorough attention to detail in Project Management  
  • Experience in a startup environment and 0-1 ERP Integrations is a plus 
  • Passion for improving industrial manufacturing reliability and condition monitoring

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
