About the role:

People Operations Intern will be a part of the People Ops and Culture team. You will get to work on a wide range of HR topics and get exposure to what it is like working in a fast-paced and award-winning startup in the fintech space.

What will you be doing? 

  • Assist in the onboarding & offboarding of Aspirers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
  • Support the team on employee engagement activities 
  • Build marketing content for culture building and engagement 
  • Assist in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors, and Finance liaison for invoices
  • Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience
  • Research projects and conduct analysis
  • Bring energy and fun to space.

We would love to get to know you if you have the following: 

  • Studying in Singapore
  • Full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage
  • Deeply curious and passionate about people and culture
  • Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven
  • Great at getting things done timely & accurately plus be able to handle ambiguity by prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, consultative approach, and self-motivation
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • High sense of urgency 
  • Be able to commit part-time / full-time for at least 3-6 months
