As Associate, Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the company by managing the company’s accounts payable processes. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Verify and process invoices by executing three-way matching between purchase orders, vendor invoices, and packing slip, ensuring accurate documentation of vendor transactions.
- Reconcile credit cards and accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review expense claim forms, ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, contractors, and Aspect team members promptly and professionally.
- Prepare Wire and EFT runs to ensure timely payments to employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and respond to inquiries and provide supporting documents for audits and government grants
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office with intermediary skills in MS Excel. Knowledge of accounting software such as NetSuite is an advantage.

The hiring range for this role is $51,900 - $63,000, annually. Our ranges are based on market data. Offered salaries will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. For candidates who exceed role requirements, we are open to exploring above-range offers. Note that base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Aspect.
