About You

  • You are a Data Analyst with an interest in linguistics, the world of data science, and the landscape of user intent.
  • You have experience with NLP or have worked with development teams in evaluating accuracy of models and designing scoring rubrics that surface trends within data.
  • You know how to dig through unstructured data to find answers and can interface with stakeholders to customize evaluations, communicate results, and recommend a path to production based on product requirements.
  • You are comfortable working within an agile scrum process and leading conversations around data that are necessary to prioritize business initiatives.
  • You take ownership, are inventive, curious, and seek out opportunities to add value.
  • You enjoy working on data problems end-to-end, from pulling and processing data across multiple sources to testing and interfacing with product managers to ensure continuous improvements in quality.
  • You may need to get up to speed on our tech stack, but you are able to hit the ground running with our multilingual content recommendation and classification systems.
