Finance Business Partner

So, what’s the job?
The Finance Business Partner will process, monitor, and report on all aspects of project accounting for key Business Units within Ashfield Health Ltd. The role will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and will play a key role in helping the organisation achieve operational efficiency in project accounting.
You will lead on monthly revenue recognition meetings for a $40m turnover business unit, ensuring revenue recognition is captured in line with IFRS15. Discuss current drivers and challenges within accounts to maintain current month and future forecasting.
You will lead projected net revenue forecast meetings with senior client service team members to support with commentary, discuss risk and opportunities and provide insight into revenue forecasts.
The Finance Business Partner is the key point of contact for the business unit delivery team to advise and support with project finance enquiries.
Make ongoing improvements to working capital, working collaboratively with client teams with a focus to improve billing in line with client milestones, invoice forecasting and producing commentary with explanations of unbilled balances.
Who is the ideal candidate?
Someone from a Project accounting or Business partnering background.
Experience of interacting, communicating with 'non-finance' business colleagues.
Intermediate level Excel skills are ESSENTIAL - with proven experience manipulating large data sets
CIMA / ACCA / ACA 'active' studier
