Role Profile A predominantly medical affairs & oncology focussed position, working on both regional and global strategies. You will join a strong support network of writers and a client services team. 


•    Work with our clients to challenge and shape the pharmaceutical strategies of the future
•    Develop and implement strategic communication plans
•    Project management with some content work 
•    Review the work of others, whether in a mentoring capacity or a more formal line management arrangement


Who is the ideal candidate? 
In our Scientific Directors we are looking for leaders, someone who is passionate about communicating highly scientific content in an accessible and educational setting. You will have previous experience within Healthcare/Medical Communications including client facing experience, writing, developing and reviewing high quality scientific materials. A large part of the role is relationship management, working closely with our clients as a partner.


 You will be confident in your decision-making abilities and highly knowledgeable about Medical Communications. Ideally you will have experience in line management, mentoring or coaching and be happy with some travel. Team work and collaboration are key and enthusiasm and a commitment to quality are a must.
