About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of CRM projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM solutions that align with business goals and objectives.  This is a hybrid role and a fixed term contract for 9 Months. 

What you will be doing: 

Project planning and management

    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion within defined parameters.

Stakeholder Engagement

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback, provide updates, and address concerns.
    • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and resolve conflicts as needed.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
    • Ensure that CRM solutions meet business needs and provide value to end-users.

Vendor Management

    • Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources as needed for CRM project delivery.
    • Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual agreements.

Quality Assurance

    • Establish and enforce quality standards for CRM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and performance.

Change Management

    • Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of CRM solutions within the organization.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering CRM projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM) with Hubspot experience being highly favorable.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, HubSpot Admin) preferred.
