The role

Your mission is to build a growth engine to drive 10x growth in our business. This is a rare opportunity for a rockstar looking for real impact, accountability, and growth opportunity. The stage is set - we have a product that customers love because it solves an acute problem, a highly engaged and satisfied customer base, and a massive addressable market. We need an ambitious, talented growth-oriented marketer to own all aspects of our marketing engine and brand to help us to continue to attack this huge opportunity. For a talented individual that crushes it, there’s room to build a team and grow into a Director role for both Record360 and other sister companies within ASG LogisTech.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a critical, valued partner for the CEO and executive team
  • Build a predictable and measurable marketing engine to drive MQL growth across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email, direct mail & tradeshows
  • Drive revenue growth through clear sales opportunity creation
  • Create collateral and other enablement materials to support the sales team and processes
  • Setup a system to collect marketing data; own all analytics and marketing automation
  • Help craft Record360’s brand and ensure our story is positioned thoughtfully across all channels
  • Source and manage internal & external resources to get work done (e.g. agencies, content creators, designers, research firms)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with our sales, customer success, and product teams
  • Hire and lead future marketing team members over time

Experience

  • 4+ years of work experience in performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields 
  • Demonstrated track record of building successful B2B marketing channels
  • Solid understanding of and hands-on experience in campaigns, email marketing, and communications principles
  • Strong data analysis skills; comfortable analyzing campaign results & working in financial models
  • Strong communications and copy writing skills (including writing and public speaking)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other marketing technology tools
