Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced demand generation expert to join our North America regional marketing team. As the Enterprise Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution and optimization of our scaled marketing campaigns and programs for the Enterprise segment in North America. 

Reporting into the NAMER Revenue Marketing Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale our Enterprise demand generation strategy through new and existing channels, including field events, webinars, paid media, email, etc. You’ll partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across sales and marketing, including the Enterprise ABM Manager, to drive pipeline and revenue within our highest priority accounts. What you'll achieve: 

  • Own the demand generation program for our Enterprise segment, including strategy, planning, stakeholder engagement and execution.
  • Launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline through field events, webinars, paid media, email, and more.
  • Oversee all field events, trade shows, and virtual events for our Enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate with revenue leaders on pipeline generation strategies, including segmentation, messaging, outbound plays, and campaign strategy.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team on upcoming marketing plans and activities.
  • Partner with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve lead hand-off processes.
  • Own the measurement and reporting of program results, while closely monitoring channel performance, pipeline creation, lead flow, and ROI. Provide recommendations for optimization. 

About you:

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Enterprise marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels including email, ads, web, social, sales, events, and more
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience is a plus!), and other marketing technology tools
  • Strong communicator with an ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales and marketing executives
  • Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
