We are looking for a detail oriented, passionate Sales & CS Enablement Manager to expand our Enablement team in EMEA. You are someone who carries a genuine passion for making a lasting impact on the professional and personal development of others.

You will report into the Sales and CS Enablement Lead for EMEA. 

What you’ll achieve:

  • Identify enablement requirements and recommend new programs to address any gaps that exist
  • Develop and deliver key enablement programs aligned to our business objectives 
    • Onboarding - Optimise, coordinate and deliver new hire classes across Sales & CS teams
    • Sales Excellence - Reinforce formal selling techniques & methodologies
    • Ongoing Education - Execute continued education for product, knowledge & process updates and conduct certifications
    • Learning Management System (LMS) - Support and co-create scalable, tailored self-serve content library
  • Work cross-functionally with:
    • Product Marketing to build and co-create localised content & facilitate ongoing training 
    • EMEA Sales & CS Leads to support their team’s needs and skills
    • EMEA Strategy/Operations and Enablement team to ensure our roadmaps are strategically & locally aligned 
    • Customer Success & UO to identify areas of overlap for knowledge-share 
  • Put in place processes to measure the effectiveness of enablement 
  • Deliver, review and facilitate continuous improvement for all programs

About you: 

  • Relevant experience in a training or enablement role in SaaS (5 years +)
  • Relevant experience in previous sales or customer success roles
  • Ability to execute under swift deadlines (must love moving fast and being flexible)
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset 
  • Embrace new challenges with confidence, curiosity and an open-mind
  • Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills 
  • Love for learning and educating others 
  • Ability to prioritise work and strike a balance of reactive requests & planned deliverables
  • Previous experience in developing Sales and CS playbooks
  • Previous experience supporting remote offices and working in a fast moving global company
  • Languages: Business fluent English plus additional language (German or French) an advantage

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with or supporting international teams
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Sales Methodology ( i.e Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger sale etc)
  • Previous Experience working with LMS and or supporting LMS content creation
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and Outreach
