Aruliden is looking for a Project Manager/Account Manager. The Project Manager / Account
Manager is the vital glue holding together our incredible internal creative team and our external
client relationships. You will thoughtfully and strategically represent the needs of both parties,
while ensuring that the expectations of the project and client are being met. You’ll bring your
considerable operational, organizational and client relationship skills to work with internal teams
and clients to help manage expectations and optimize our creative output.


Project Manager/Account Manager Responsibilities:


● You are involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a project-from kickoff-to launch and
every point in between
● Ability to interpret client briefs and establish project requirements, roles and
responsibilities, priorities & deadlines to be aligned on both internally and with clients
● Create clear and compelling Scopes of Work
● Prepare internal project briefs based on converted scopes and lead kickoffs to help
onboard teams
● Prepare and communicate detailed project plans inclusive of project milestones,
work streams & activities and manage delivery of the project according to this plan
● Track project progress and provide regular recaps and status reports to project team
and key client stakeholders
● Keep the internal creative team on track using exceptional communication skills,
scheduling internal meetings as well as external presentations, and create clear
process documentation
● Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
● Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders,
ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
● Responsible for keeping all projects up to date in Aruliden’s internal project
management tool (Mavenlink) to ensure project profitability and efficiency, on an
ongoing basis
● Communicate new project requests, timeline shifts and financial tracking to the cross
functional senior team
● Monitor and manage multiple project workflows
● Resourcing: Identify project teams based on scopes of work in partnership with
Account Supervisor and Director. You will proactively sound the alarm on issues that
may derail our process/timeline
What we look for:
● 3+ years of client facing account/project management experience in the fields in one
or some of the following: brand strategy and innovation, design systems, packaging
design, branded experiences and/or campaign and production management
● Solution-oriented with a positive attitude
● Motivated by an extremely collaborative and fast-moving environment
● Passion for organization and to-do lists
● Interest in brand strategy, design and innovation

● Able to effectively and proactively communicate within the team/org and negotiate
timelines, decision making, and feedback
● Able to act as the primary source of contact but still have the confidence to ask for
help
● Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
● Proficient with Resource & Project management applications similar to Mavenlink
and/or SmartSheets
● Strong and driven, but knows when to go with the flow and changes in the process
