The Social Media Coordinator we are seeking loves design. Our ideal candidate will have a background in social media planning and asset creation (graphic design, photography, typography, etc.), and understand how to tell unique and engaging stories through various visual communications channels. They should have a strong pulse on digital trends across media and mediums––what’s happening today and what’s happening next––to ultimately bring a fresh perspective and positivity to the table. We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker.

What we expect:
+ Create, manage, and execute day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across social platforms           
  under the guidance of the Brand Design team
+ Interact with followers, relevant content, brand fans and audience
+ Write social copy and develop digital content for social platforms
+ Coordinate the production of digital videos, photography, and other digital media
+  Organize, prioritize, and schedule the social content calendar
+  Research and test messages and new features on social media platforms
+ Track social engagement and report on analytics
+  Monitor social channels, and respond to questions and comments in a timely manner
+  Stay on top of industry trends and the overall social media landscape
+ Work with the Brand and team to develop original visual concepts and mood boards for social
  campaigns based on upcoming agency releases and current trends
+ Assisting with the research and creation of social media style guides and themed content pillars across platforms
+ Monitor, analyze and engage with target audience within social media networks
+ Assisting with drafting and research for communications administration and planning
+ Updating trackers, grids and assisting with social media and communications reporting to agency stakeholders
+ Social media tracking, reporting, and assisting with administrative tasks

What it will take:
+ Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment and takes direction and feedback well
+ Graphic design experience, and or/understanding and experience of creating/managing visual social media
  content and audience development
+ Two+ years of experience working in social media, ideally for a creative platform that’s visually led
+ Track record of innovation in the design space and passion for the role that creativity can play in overall marketing and content strategy of a design agency

Experience with visual design tools, HTML, Google Workspace, and social media management tools (e.g. Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite), efficiency on Google Drive and G Suite products as well as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
