About the Position
As a data scientist at Arteria AI, you’ll play an active role in developing products that are powered by machine learning and natural language processing as part of our enterprise SaaS platform for AI-powered documentation.

In This Role You Will:

work alongside other data scientists, MLOps, engineers, and product teams to build optimal solutions to real-world problems. You will be an integral part of the end-to-end creation of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch in production.

own all aspects of accessing and using the data, including data cleaning, data normalization, and data preparation to be used for training, testing, or inference,

work on different data sets and solve real-world problems using various components of data science such as deep learning, natural language processing, data modeling, etc.
About You:
You are a good fit if you are a curious and motivated data scientist with:
-
Minimum of Masters degree in a quantitative program including Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields with a practical knowledge of the below subject matters. Candidates with higher graduate experience (PhD / Postdoc) are highly encouraged to apply.

Solid programming experience and proficiency in Python

Proficiency in Machine Learning and related tools

An in-depth knowledge of Deep Learning, with deep expertise in PyTorch.

Proficiency in modern NLP with a deep knowledge in at least one of the major areas of NLP.

Hands-on experience with deep-NLP and Transformers, and experience with using the Huggingface library for training and fine-tuning transformer-based models.

Experience in solving complex problems with a high degree of uncertainty with minimal supervision.

Experience with relevant NLP tools and libraries is a plus.

Working knowledge of vector databases or NoSQL databases will be a plus.

Demonstrated experience working with large amounts of data with significant ambiguity, developing creative approaches to analytical problems, and interpreting data and results from a business/industry perspective

Exposure to LLMs and agentic workflows and relevant libraries will be a plus.
