As a contract support analyst focused on client support and dispute resolution at Array, you will play a pivotal role in improving both client and user experience. Specifically, you will support our Data Furnish product by ensuring seamless client support and efficient dispute resolution. Your primary responsibilities will encompass addressing client inquiries and providing guidance and assistance to clients on data furnishing and consumer disputes processes. This critical role contributes to maintaining client satisfaction and the smooth execution of data furnishing operations. This is a contract opportunity (targeting 40hrs per week). 



  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor task progress and address any bottlenecks or issues in support resolution
  • Handle incoming consumer disputes promptly and professionally, ensuring timely and accurate responses in adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on dispute statuses, resolution progress, and any pertinent changes in dispute management procedures.
  • Guide clients through the consumer disputes investigation.
  • Maintain detailed records of all dispute activities, including correspondence, documentation, and resolution outcomes.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.


You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in client support is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
