Our Product Management team is looking for a Product Analyst to help drive the team’s adoption of analytics and insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making processes and product roadmap prioritization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data generated by the product to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, align on objectives, and identify opportunities for feature improvements and new feature development based on data analysis.
- Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the field of data (preferably B2B SW).
- Hands-on experience in product analytics tools (preferably “Pendo”) and Jira- Must
- High level of SQL and data processing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in driving data-driven decisions, along with a proven record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.
- Passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment.
- Fluent in English - writing and speaking.
