Position Summary
Arlo Solutions is looking for a Senior Program Manager to provide onsite program management leadership and oversight of all personnel, tasks and deliverables. You will help develop a range of work products such as project management plans, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), communication plans, RACI and other assets based on the support needs. You will be working in a fast-paced, complex environment, leading and supervising multi-disciplined teams of research and technical analysts across multiple operational departments with the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Create the applicable project management deliverables necessary to manage and oversee the terms of the contract and manage the team
  • Solve complex, tactical assignments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare progress/status reports on technical deliverables/work products
  • Provide strategic input to the organization to support change and adoption
  • Responsible for monitoring and meeting contractual requirements brining in help from outside the project as needed to mitigate risks
  • Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work 
Required Qualifications
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of combined Joint, Interagency, OSD, or Service experience and minimum of 4 years experience on an acquisition staff
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal written and oral communication skills to include preparation of written products for senior leaders such as general officer/flag officer, senior executive service level
  • PMP or like certification
  • DoD experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Worked within Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security
  • Master's Degree with 5 years of experience
