Position Summary

Arkose Labs is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, who will focus on demand generation and integrated digital ad campaigns. This role will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness in support of corporate goals. This role will also have a primary focus on the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of digital campaigns.

This role will partner closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, Campaigns, and Web Development to develop, test and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital marketing across a multitude of channels including social, display, web, email, search as well as experience driving ad operations, Account Based Marketing (ABM), CRM, and marketing measurement.
You will align the digital marketing plan with the entire marketing plan, and implement best practices in campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective users and what drives them to convert into leads.
  • Own all paid digital marketing campaigns. Work with the agency and marketing teams to deliver a cost effective campaign while increasing lead volume and quality.
  • Identify and size opportunities in Arkose Labs’ advertising accounts (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn ads, YouTube Ads, etc.), and develop demand gen processes that improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Build reports that distill engagement, leads, and other performance data into actionable insights across the business.
  • Track campaign performance metrics closely by channel, persona, content, use case, program vendor, and more. Understand and follow UTM parameters and related industry standards as it relates to digital marketing. 
  • Partner closely with the demand gen, ABM, content, web, creative teams to get required assets and creatives.
  • Drive excellence in our campaign operations and reporting. Offer feedback and advice for improvements. Share insights and drive optimization efforts cross-functionally.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 5+ years working in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and demand generation areas. Experience in the cybersecurity or fraud prevention space is a plus.
  • Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags
  • Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, 6Sense, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools. 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, marketing automation systems and digital marketing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $115,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and other qualifications as well as the candidate’s location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
