ACDS helps companies implement IT apprenticeships to increase their employees technical skills and abilities. Apprenticeship can be beneficial for all levels of experience and is not limited to entry level candidates.

Even though our focus is to identify tech talent for apprenticeships, we occasionally have company partners request experienced IT professionals for non-apprenticeship related roles.

The Arkansas Center for Data Sciences (ACDS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to to building, developing and retaining top IT talent in the state of Arkansas. ACDS has a mission to do three things: address the challenges of recruiting top talent in data analytics and computing; raise industry awareness and understanding; and develop, engage and retain talent in data analytics, development, IT security and other computing occupations.
