ARIVE is a high growth software startup that is redefining digital originations by building the industry’s first Wholesale Originations Marketplace connecting independent loan originators, industry-leading lenders, borrowers, referral partners, and credit, income, asset, property and settlement service providers into one seamless loan origination platform.

ARIVE is looking for a smart, driven and ambitious Inside Sales Account Executive to help us expand adoption of our new industry-leading cloud-based turnkey LOS, POS and PPE offerings to mortgage brokers and  TPO community. You will work with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams across all regions to help efficiently drive ARIVE’s sales and business development initiatives in ensuring accelerated adoption of our world-class platform.

 

Job Duties:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-ups and outbound cold calls, emails and campaigns.
  • Proactively engage with leads for further development and closure, and route qualified leads to the appropriate regional sales executives, as appropriate.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in platform trial periods; ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
  • Analyze loan origination datasets and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
  • Monitor customer support SLA’s and timely responses for key accounts, creating meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

 

Things We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4+ years of prior experience in inside sales or sales development roles. Experience within the mortgage industry is required.
  • Excellent persuasive skills to follow up and close leads. Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Good networking skills and the ability to simultaneously handle numerous client companies and customers.
  • Strong familiarity with Excel, HubSpot or other CRMs and ability to analyze datasets (percentages, discounts, and customer data segmentations) and prepare summaries and reports for sales & management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities.
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company and nurturing customer relationships.

 

What We Offer:

  • Salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$90,000 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
