Argyle is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our New York City based Demand Generation team. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the process of filling our inbound lead generation pipeline with high quality leads across two of our brands. Collaborating closely with our Demand Gen Director, you’ll help to funnel those leads through nurturing workflows you will develop to make the sales team more efficient.

Launch highly effective B2B digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be specifically targeting managers and senior marketers and sales execs (Director, VP, CMO) from mid-sized to enterprise brands, focusing primarily on the finance vertical.
Develop and execute strategy. You will be forming data-driven growth strategies by personas, product and lifecycle stage. You’ll use data; A/B testing and critical thinking to quickly pinpoint and correct what’s not working and optimize it. It will also be your job to proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based on findings, document what works/doesn’t work and why, and develop a playbook of tactics for the team to follow.
Plan, manage, and execute paid search, paid social, and marketing campaigns. You’ll be using a series of platforms, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management. You’ll also create, manage and continually optimize marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO/SEM, email, social, virtual events, retargeting and native content ads for driving qualified leads into sales.
Successfully collaborate with inter-departments. You’ll collaborate with Sales to make use of our CRM data for highly targeted Account-Based Marketing email campaigns. Your job will also be to coach and collaborate with regional sales management in order to execute sales follow up on digital leads and to gain feedback on quality. You’ll also work with the content team to develop high-quality content around thought leadership topics to develop content marketing campaigns.
Create your own high-converting ad copy. You’ll also collaborate with designers to create visual assets for your ad copy.
For priority consideration, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in growing B2B leads, ideally in finance and/or events verticals. Our ideal rock star has experience with on-page and landing page optimization, progressive profiling, Google Analytics, revenue generation, and Google AdWords. HTML/CSS is a plus! You’ll also possess the ability to understand and target prospect/customer personas, tailor messages for the particular marketing medium/format, and have knowledge of best practices for doing so. If you have experience with attribution modeling, and/or performance (CPA) marketing, email automation and nurture workflows (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) and of CRM database and reporting (ideally Saleforce.com), we want to hear from you!
