Argyle is hiring a part time Marketing Coordinator to execute email and marketing campaigns designed to drive senior business executives to download content, register for and attend our events. You will craft compelling email and promotional materials that describe and differentiate our events, and convince targeted executives to register. Drive attendee registration to our events though creation and project management of multiple email and marketing campaigns simultaneously
Strategize and execute effective email and marketing tactics through the use of a marketing automation system
Work with team to develop creative email and marketing copy to compel target audience response and engagement, and continually test to determine the most effective campaign tactics
Deploy campaign assessment and analysis techniques to identify campaign strengths, budget variance, ROI and address opportunities
Conduct post-event reporting and data cleaning and ensure timely and accurate delivery of virtual-event results to client
Interface with content marketing and account management teams to provide a seamless event process for clients from project initiation to completion
Research media coverage and industry trends
Proactively conceive new ideas for value-add support items and execute the delivery of those pieces
Assist Community Manager with industry research to gain market insights
Create and manage events and competitive calendar
Create and manage event communications – primarily with registrants
Manage referral communications and program
Provide direct support to sales and client success teams
For priority consideration, you’ll have 2+ years of experience in a similar role working with email marketing design and analytics. Our ideal rock star will also have high attention to detail, superb listening and communication skills, is a solid team player, and possesses the flexibility to be adaptable to change. Finally, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field of study.
