Argyle Executive Forum is currently seeking a Marketing Database Analyst to join our team in New York City. If you're a marketing superstar at heart that has a knack for segmenting data and loves to tell a story with that data, then you are the person we're looking for.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Data pulling, gap analysis, requests analysis, data acquisition, segmenting/targeting, and answering inquiries
  • Apply database marketing segmentation techniques to identify targeted audience and build campaign target
  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing partners to support campaigns
  • Quantify total addressable markets
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns by using predictive analytics from existing data to accurately predict responses
  • Drive customer engagement by deciding how to effectively manage time and costs using our data
  • Accelerate and foster our marketing programs by conducting data analysis and crafting analytics models
  • Extract and summarize data to produce insightful comparisons and conclusions on data use
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, effectiveness, and growth to make recommendations to improve response and value
  • Interpret and understand the needs of marketing requests

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in database marketing, SQL and marketing database architecture and management
  • Ought to have hands on experience with marketing automation tools, specifically Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce as well as Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups, etc)
  • Ability to collaborate across department functions in order to achieve goals
  • Proven interpersonal skills that enable translating complex data and/or issues into productive discussions/actions coupled with technical, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills are necessary. Excellent attention to detail is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of standard methodologies in data management and quality
