VP of Marketing
Remote - US Based

Company

Argyle is the leading user-consent-based platform for employment data, helping people avoid situations where their personal information is sold or used without their consent or knowledge. With Argyle, any business can process income and work verifications, gain real-time transparency into earnings, as well as view and update worker profile details all within a single global access point. By removing the barriers between a worker, the companies they make money from, and the business they buy services and products from, Argyle has reimagined how employment data can be leveraged to benefit both institutions and individuals. Think of Argyle as the Plaid of employment data.

Argyle provides three main solutions--income and employment verification, deposit switching, and paycheck-linked lending for its customers in both the financial services and insurance sectors. For users, in addition to eliminating the need for paystub uploads and decreasing the importance of a credit score, Argyle offers efficient solutions for gig workers managing multiple paychecks, new renters applying for an apartment, or individuals trying to get a loan, among many other use cases.

From its founding, Argyle has been committed to putting control back in the hands of the users who own the employment data while being open about what they do and offer. In contrast to other employment data providers who buy and sell personal information without users’ consent or compensation, or who make vague allusions to broad data coverage without providing concrete evidence to back up their claims, Argyle has taken a different approach. They call it radical transparency.  Radical transparency isn’t just a willingness to provide information when asked, but the ongoing practice of putting processes under the microscope and making as much information available as possible to customers and their users.

It started with a commitment to user-permissioned data access, an unwavering stance on data privacy, and a push to create open employment data standards. Most recently, it has evolved into a proactive initiative to develop intuitive tools and mechanisms for accessing information around their products.

Argyle’s customers include Empower, Mission Lane, Better Financial, Moves, DriveItAway, and many more. Argyle’s data network now covers

  • Over 110M+ US employees
  • 70% of the US workforce
  • 500k employers including Amazon, Starbucks, USPS, and Walmart
  • 60% of the Fortune 500
