Argo Group has a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager, Infrastructure located in an Argo office or 100% remote. This position will be responsible for managing the delivery of one or more IT infrastructure services and or processes, working with vendor partners, IT, and service users to ensure IT services defined by statements of work and service level agreements are met. Must possess expertise in infrastructure management within complex environments and be highly skilled in communication, influencing others and result/outcome orientation.
What You Can Do:
- Support governance of Disaster Recovery Orchestration plans/documents. Understand technical requirements and steps to recover applications and services to DR sites.

Manage delivery and full lifecycle of services for organization’s technology infrastructure computing platforms including data networks, data storage, servers, backup, and databases. Influence and consult to proactively identify and manage opportunities and issues.

Work with the internal/external resources for the planning and execution of DR tests.

Support application and service onboarding into DR orchestration service.

Manage DR Orchestration service management tool and identify potential improvement areas to enhance service efficiency.

Collaborate with internal and external audit resources to produce reporting on status on IT infrastructure related controls.

Proactively review IT infrastructure procedures and controls to ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with IT resources to ensure continuous improvement of process, procedures, and IT infrastructure controls.

Utilize metrics and reports to monitor and ensure performance meets service requirements defined by service level agreements (SLAs).

Streamline services to improve efficiency, quality, and usage.

Act as an escalation point to work with the business, IT and vendors to resolve performance or process issues.

Keep abreast of technology and industry trends.
What Tech Stack Will You Use:

What You Need:

5+ years of experience providing IT service delivery with at least two years managing service delivery and disaster recovery.

Experience planning, managing, and delivering information technology services to meet organizational goals, service level agreements and statements of work.

Understanding of current and emerging technology for large, high-scale applications that integrate into multiple systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – or a combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree
- ITIL/ITSM experience and certification
