Meet the team:

Argo AI is looking for a creative and passionate Program Manager to support Fleet Operations’ cross-functional initiatives and to grow our leadership philosophy into a common language that is focused on developing individuals and their potential. You will be responsible for setting up project plans and delivering specialized training for Fleet Operations employees.Your unique mix of leadership, communication, and creativity will help you to set the right priorities, identify areas of opportunity from concept to execution, and to challenge operations and engineering teams in a constructive manner.

What you’ll do: 

  • You will be responsible for operational and technical readiness for Fleet Managers as they transition to their new roleIntroduce relevant, innovative process driven learning opportunities that have demonstrable impact across multiple teams and departments
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and facilitate in person and virtual training classes for Fleet Operations Managers
  • Travel to Argo AI’s operational cities to conduct training and/or leadership development
  • Serve as an ambassador Argo AI’s core values, ensuring they are embedded in everything we do to develop leaders
  • Support Argo AI’s leadership philosophy, a common language and framework that unites us company-wide and engages senior leaders in developing others
  • Define projects, collect requirements, develop detailed implementation plans, maintain alignment, and monitor program status across multiple activities
  • Maintain a strong technical understanding of the projects across the entire lifecycle by regularly interfacing with highly-technical team leads, program managers, and other key contributors across the organization
  • Apply the appropriate level of project/program management structure and communication to those initiatives 
  • Identify roadblocks and organize key stakeholders to drive to resolution
  • Present status reports on regular cadence to members of the leadership team

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in any field of study
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a related field required  
  • Strong Presentation Skills and ability to create  impactful Fleet Operations training content
  • Proactive Problem Solver who can assess information, connect the right teams together, and formulate solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting objectives while working under deadlines and still delivering excellent results
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences through different mediums and platforms

Nice to haves:

  • 3+ years experience of project management in a leadership development or curriculum / academic atmosphere
  • Hands-on experience and strong background leading multiple projects that support cross functional teams
  • Experience presenting and or teaching to large groups of individuals and teams
  • Experience creating content for teams with various specialities and desired objectives
