Meet the team:

The People team at Argo is looking for a HRIS Analyst, Workday to join our People Systems & Project Management team! We are seeking a technical Workday expert who wants to drive efficiency and continuous improvement efforts across the People team. In this role you will lead Workday-related projects, enhancements, implementations within the Workday ecosystem at Argo.

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide cross-functional expertise across current Workday modules and support leading the future implementation of additional Workday modules as we scale
  • Proactively works with the team to continuously improve system security configuration to streamline security roles and groups while ensuring compliance and adequate governance. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, manage and deliver on Workday-related projects from initiation through post implementation support, including requirements, configuration, testing and deployment
  • Partner with the People team and to define and develop requirements to enhance current People-team processes and implement new scalable processes or solutions within Workday
  • Support the configuration required for annual People-related events by consulting with internal Workday team and functional leads, including benefits enrollment, performance events, and more
  • Leverage deep Workday and systems knowledge to identify interdependencies and clearly communicate business processes, technical implications, and risks/benefits to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with our IT team and provide escalation support including troubleshooting a variety of Workday issues, including integration errors and user IT/access issues
  • Develop clear documentation of all things Workday-related for the People team, including standard procedures, employee/manager guidelines, and additional training materials

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 2+ years of direct Workday experience
  • Proven ability leading cross-functional Workday projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or related area

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Experience in the Tech industry and/or a Start-up environment
