Meet the team:

We are looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Operations to lead Argo’s operational execution. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. 

What you’ll do: 

  • The SVP of Global Operations is responsible for leading, developing, and managing deployment operations functions at Argo. This role will lead the overall service delivery strategy
  • Own P&L across all global markets
  • Responsible for executing successful operational deployment across all product offerings and markets
  • Develop an organizational structure and team to deliver high value add implementation services and solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Execute and refine a systematic framework for hiring, managing, training, and retaining operational talent across deployment operations functions
  • Present data-driven recommendations to optimize our go-to-market execution. Develop and implement closed-loop feedback and prioritization processes. Embed a data-driven customer-centric mindset across the organization
  • Execute on our vision for customer experience excellence. Drive customer advocacy and experience with the goal of driving action and results across the organization
  • Establish governance and interaction models, including the identification of champions within each cross-functional area, to ensure customer experience activities are quantified, prioritized and actioned
  • Develop and enable partner relationships with system integrators where these firms will augment implementation services
  • Develop and refine solution offerings, requirements definition, estimation process, and strategies to achieve on SLAs, revenue targets, company goals
  • Engage local government and community stakeholders as needed to help integrate our operations with the fabric of local communities
  • Key performance metrics for this role will include P&L, operational efficiency rates, ability to execute on SLAs, operational error rates, hiring & retention metrics
  • Facilitate an ongoing and consistent review of implementation and support activities, while developing a collaborative process with Argo’s Product Development teams to ensure consistent improvement based upon empirical data and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for continued enhancement of operational capabilities that will scale as the business grows and expectations evolve

What you'll need to succeed:

  • BA/BS degree; MBA or Masters desired
  • 15-20 years of progressive managerial experience in operations, system integration, enterprise or software professional services
  • Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations
  • Proven track record of establishing strong, executive level customer relationships
  • Business acumen and financial (P&L) skills/metrics driven
  • Proven experience managing remote resources and large global teams
  • Strong collaborator with successful track record of working in a heavily matrix organizational structure
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
