The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of Analyst, Asset Management, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century. The Analyst, Asset Management will be responsible for supporting in the management of assigned assets of a fleet of PV Solar, Wind and Battery assets throughout the USA. The role will be part of the Commercial Asset Management team and will report to a Manager, Asset Management. At a high level, the Analyst, Asset Management will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities necessary for operation of assigned assets (wind, solar and/or storage).
  • Administering financing agreements with a deep insight into performance of the assets.
  • Preparation and delivery of internal and external reporting obligations.
  • Reporting for PPA, LGIA and Owner’s compliance obligations.
  • Warranty and Insurance Management of the equipment.
  • Driving profitability and control of EBITDA against financial model.
  • Managing landowner and investor relationships and financing agreements.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

The position will perform a wide range of asset management duties including:

  • Preparation and tracking against project budgets under the oversight of senior team members.
  • Monitor operational performance by reviewing / initiating suitable action on O&M and other plant performance reports.
  • Business & contractual oversight during project operating phase.
  • Administer Power Purchase, Interconnection, O&M, Landowner, Tax Equity & Financing Agreement requirements during the construction/operating phase of a project.
  • Ensure NERC and FERC compliance standards are met by the operator and assist Compliance team in maintaining Owner’s Compliance program.
  • Form positive relationships with long-term customers, partners or joint asset owners, transmission providers, etc.
  • Ensure asset/landowner obligations and interests are successfully administered under the asset’s project and financing agreements and that general business-related license, permit and regulatory requirements and reporting are successfully managed.
  • Ensure warranty claims with equipment manufacturers and insurance claims on certain events are made in a timely manner.
  • Continuous improvement initiative duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven track record of working well within a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and results oriented, process oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Education Requirements

  • Engineering or Business degree required.
