Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Liquidity will be a part of the Arevon Accounting Team and will report directly to the Director, Center of Excellence. The liquidity specialist will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
This position will manage a wide range of duties including:
- Support Arevon’s project liquidity needs by conducting thorough reviews of project level liquidity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Execute precise and timely cash postings in alignment with project requirements
- Reconcile cash transactions to ensure accuracy
- Process monthly and quarterly debt services activities in order to process timely distributions
- Collaborate with Treasury and operations on liquidity forecasts and planning activities
- Review AP aging reports to monitor vendor payments and funding levels
- Review and approve non-PO invoices
- Respond to liquidity questions from key stakeholders
- Provide visibility across the business, by developing various reports and dashboards (PowerBI)
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance required
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working within an finance department and/or in public accounting
- CPA license or eligible to sit for CPA exam is preferred
- Prior experience with Utility Scale Renewable Energy a plus
- Working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Administrative, organizational and communication skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated self-starter, and team player attitude
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish, including ability to research, analyze and problem solve
