We’re ArenaNet—we’ve created a studio that builds online worlds infused with innovation, hand-crafted excellence, and creative passion. We're not the only ones who share this passion; gamers made Guild Wars 2 the fastest selling MMO in the West with more than 3 million copies sold in its first 9 months, and players and press have consistently called it one of the best games of all time.
Constantly evolving online worlds require a strong foundation of stable, usable tools to streamline content creation. ArenaNet’s engineers take great pride in writing high quality, highly optimized code that can support this development paradigm. We’re looking for programmers who are driven to engineer industry leading technology that supports continual development of online worlds.

You enjoy collaborating with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure that development tools enhance the creative process. You have great communication skills and the ability to drill down into sometimes nebulous requests in order to turn them into requirements and iterate on solutions
Be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality of life improvements for designers and others within existing toolsets
