Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create go-to-market strategies for new products and features
  • Track and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure they are informed of product progress and can provide feedback
  • Facilitate the refinement and acceptance of the product backlog 
  • Determine priority and business objectives along with the execution of the product roadmap
  • Strong understanding of release planning, release management, and solution validation
  • A forward-thinking individual that can ideate on new features and not rely purely on customer feedback


  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer engagement and marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science)
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Segment, Amplitude and Logrocket preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive product development from concept to launch
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A forward-thinking individual that can ideate on new features and not rely on customer feedback
  • Experience conducting market research and analyzing data to inform product decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
