Cyber Security Officer (d/f/m)

THE TEAM

We are looking for a Cyber Security officer to join our Operations team. Our Operations team is the focal point for all administrative tasks, responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment that ensures a high level of organisational efficiency, communication and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The focus of this job is owning the  product security and implementing company-wide security standards at arculus and the coordination of IT security and the maintenance of the ISMS. 
Your tasks will include:  

• Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the structure and operating model of the product division and an overview of sub-areas, structures and interfaces and derive implications regarding cyber security aspects.

• Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining appropriate information security structures (strategy, processes, and organisation) in the product division and across the entire product life cycle.

• Working closely with the Infrastructure team on various topics.

• Raise awareness among the Development team of security threats, vulnerabilities that might jeopardise our products.

• Foster the application of secure software, hardware and system engineering principles (coding guidelines, code analyses, security trainings, etc.) in the design, development, testing, maintenance and evaluation of products.

• Own the process of security incidents, analyse them and develop solutions to resolve security issues.

• Support the ISO in ISMS tasks by providing the necessary technical and organisational knowledge about the products, translation of ISO requirements into technical requirements → enforce security policies to ensure compliance.

• Constant self-education/development about all relevant norms and regulatories.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in physics, computer science, mathematics or a comparable qualification.

• Strong knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure, networks and Enterprise Business Architecture.

• Technical understanding of secure product development (software, hardware, system engineering, etc.).

• Understanding of software development and information security in the product life cycle.
