We are looking for an intern to join our People team. Our People team is responsible for providing the best working environment possible, passionate about attracting the right talents for arculus, and providing a smooth candidate journey.The internship program focuses on Talent Acquisition.

 

LEARNINGS AS AN INTERN

  • Recruitment Process: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.

  • Sourcing Strategies: Learn various methods and techniques for sourcing potential candidates, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Develop skills in assessing candidate qualifications, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate fit for specific roles.

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Gain hands-on experience with ATS platforms, learning how to update candidate records, manage job postings, and generate reports.

  • Job Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to better understand talent availability and competition.

  • Compliance and Regulations: Familiarize yourself with legal and ethical aspects of recruitment

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Learn the significance of diversity and inclusion in recruitment and strategies for promoting a diverse workforce.

  • Metrics and Analytics: Gain exposure to recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate conversion rates, and overall recruitment performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support several areas of Talent Acquisition when needed

  • Maintain our ATS system 

  • Work on your independent recruiting projects

  • Create internal and external recruiting content

  • Identify and implement new ways to optimize the hiring process and candidate communication by introducing your own ideas

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar field of studies. Preference will be given to students looking to complete mandatory internships.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week  for at least 3 months. 
  • Exceptional skills when it comes to listening carefully, using logic and reason, following through on tasks, having a positive can-do attitude, and communicating effectively in both writing and speaking.

  • Passion for recruiting

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous Internship or Working Student experience

  • German language skills
