Description:
This new addition to our fast-growing team will have the opportunity to assist in the management and development of our marketing analytics function. This role will work closely with the Marketing team to understand the impact of various activities on customer acquisition/retention and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role will work on the entire marketing analytics lifecycle, including maintaining and developing dashboards, building attribution methodologies, and leveraging data to drive key strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
· Act as an advisor to our lead generation marketing, sales development teams and field marketing teams. This includes sizing opportunities, establishing consistent tracking, defining KPIs, and dashboards, and developing insights into campaign impact on lead generation and sales pipeline.
· Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to “tell the marketing story” which includes pipeline review, funnel analysis, scorecards, and marketing programs.
· Manage a reporting and insights portfolio to identify marketing performance - from quantity to conversion to where we can improve and optimize - focusing on top and middle of funnel performance
· Develop a new approach to our modeling our Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch attribution, managing the measurement program from end-to-end with the goal of optimizing our marketing spend.
·Support adhoc reporting and dashboards for our key stakeholders
· Transform business questions into actionable analysis that yields insights for optimizing marketing efforts and driving incremental sales
· Build a deep understanding of available data and how they can be used for different analyses to answer questions and solve problems
Required Skills/Experience:
· 5+ years experience in a sales and/or marketing analytics role
· Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling, etc.)
· Critical thinking skills and a curiosity and willingness to learn are a must
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
· Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
· Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
· Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach experience a plus
