About the Role:

As a QA Analyst you will be responsible for the testing phase of the production process to ensure that the final features for Managed Awareness meet Arctic Wolf standards. Duties include identifying whether the features are functional, reliable, and meet the end user’s expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement testing plans for features.
  • Identify quality control procedures and scenarios for Managed Awareness.
  • Process product and feature reviews and inform the R&D team of defects and errors.
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the R&D team.
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
  • Ensure that the final product or feature satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
  • Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.
  • Research the current market for similar features and products and compare results.
  • Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
  • Document results of tests for R&D team.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in quality control and testing.
  • High proficiency in computer technology
  • In-depth understanding of Java, Python, SQL, C++, and XML
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Diligent and meticulous
  • Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
  • Aptitude for technology knowledge; previous experience with project management tools.
  • Some travel may be required up to 25%. Passport is required.
