Arc provides SaaS companies with fast non-dilutive growth capital, delivered through a seamless consumerized enterprise technology experience.

Our tech solution and proprietary underwriting model enable us to deliver capital to SaaS founders more quickly and cheaply than legacy offline products, helping founders keep more of the business they built by minimizing dilution. Since launching in September, we have rapidly scaled up customer volume and are looking to expand the team across the board to scale.

Our team of experienced operators comes from Facebook, LinkedIn and Brex and we are backed by awesome seed-stage VCs, including Y Combinator, NFX, Bain Capital Ventures and Clocktower Technology Ventures. Eric MacFarland, the former Head of Underwriting at Brex, recently joined us as our Chief Credit Officer.

We are seeking our first marketing hire to join the Arc family. You will make strategic decisions and execute on strengthening the Arc brand and building our marketing engine.  Our customers are visionary founders and leaders of startups, and you’ll interact directly with them to help them grow and fulfill their missions. As an early employee at Arc, you’ll join a fast-growing company and play a major role in shaping the culture and contributing to the overall success of the team.  

✅ What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement our marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
  • Drive branding, positioning, and communications initiatives
  • Manage external marketing vendors and contractors to build the strongest brand in our ecosystem
  • Measure and report campaign performance, and assess against goals
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize the user experience, and design new marketing strategies for current and future products
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Create and own the marketing budget
  • Collect market intel: deeply understand our audience and competitive set, and use to shape our strategy
  • Create a clear distribution strategy among different channels with a data driven approach to fine tune the strategy over time

  • Passionate to learn more about fintech and make an impact on startup financing
  • Experience executing B2B marketing plans in a product marketing or growth marketing function. Some or all of your experience is with an early stage startup. 
  • Eager to be involved in all areas of marketing and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Excited to be building a company from the ground up!
