We’re in pursuit of a Social Media Strategist to join our team! As a Social Media expert you have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape—including content ideation, building, and engaging communities, social listening & reporting, planning & execution of socially-led campaigns, and understanding of the latest technologies impacting key global platforms.


  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of brands targeting youth culture.
  • Develop innovative campaign concepts that align with brand goals, marketing objectives, and current youth culture trends.
  • Collaborate with our strategy team to analyze target audience insights and incorporate data-driven strategies into social media campaigns.
  • Craft compelling and authentic brand stories that connect with the audience and foster brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with creative and client teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Create visually captivating content that resonates with the youth demographic across various platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, social media advancements, and emerging youth culture shifts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor the performance of social media campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive content calendars that integrate strategic messaging and align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to ideation for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Source, oversee video and content production partners (Influencers, Creators, Photographers, Production partners)
  • Produce creative concepts and brief for people to execute against
  • Ability to produce social content as needed (ie: film or edit iphone-level content)


  • Proven experience (~3 years) in social media management and campaign strategy.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and youth culture insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic social media campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Exceptional creativity and an eye for design aesthetics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic social media campaigns and creative content.
  • Solid presentation skills, with a proven ability to present to various group sizes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to align creative content with strategic goals.
  • Passion for youth culture and a deep understanding of its nuances.
