We need an innovative Senior Designer with a knack for creating fresh looks. 



  • Develop new brand identities and make them flourish through places and environments, campaigns, as well as packaging, collateral, websites and other assets
  • Concept physical and interactive experiences through design that helps tell a story
  • Drive own projects (lead direction) and contribute to others (influence direction)
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure the work is on brand and solving the right problems
  • Collaborate with creative strategy team to make the design team stay true to vision
  • Contribute “big” creative ideas-both on own and through group brainstorm with fellow designers and members of the creative strategy team
  • Fight for good design but also be open to positive critiques. All about great work! We live and die as one team. We love confidence, we despise egos
  • Demonstrate an ability to think beyond a stationary graphic and develop assets for video content-solutions that work in motion



  • At least 5 years professional experience as a Designer
  • A willingness to do whatever it takes to make it f’n awesome
  • A creative thinker who can create amazing work of art
  • Can run with project from start to finish and also work well with others
  • A problem-solving approach that shines through every project
  • Has an undying passion for youth and consumer culture
  • A design explorer who is ok designing for things they’ve never designed before
  • Solid understanding of the digital world and design best practices
