Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do:
- Build optimization models and algorithms for eVTOL aircraft company for go-to market strategy. - Apply ad hoc data analytics and present strategy findings. - Conduct trade studies to determine vehicle requirements, recharging infrastructure, operations, certification, and network development.
What You Need:
- Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Operations Research, Data Science or a related field - 2 years of experience as an Operations Research Associate, Optimization Engineer or related. - Experience to include a skill set in mathematical optimization, network design and simulation, and data analytics insights. Python, Grobi and CPLEX. - 5% domestic travel required.
