Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement inventory control systems for the research and development team including; tracking database, inventory locations, receiving procedures, etc.
Review and maintain Min/Max for safety stock daily and place orders appropriately.
Analyze history and trends to improve purchasing process; Set up new items and product level safety stock as needed
Create and manage supply requisition and communicate with buyers to ensure parts are delivered on time
Monitor, maintain, and organize the shipping and receiving area.
Establish a process to receive and distribute incoming shipments.
Responsible for shipping commodities between Archer facilities and also to outside
Develop and support continuous improvement efforts within the department.
What You Need
3 to 5 years of related experience in Aerospace and/or automotive industry.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate in a professional business manner, both in writing and verbally.
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Google suite.
Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
Strong team player
Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted
Must be able to distinguish colors
Great communication skills and a high attention detail are required
BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Experience with electric aircraft.
Aircraft configuration management and conformity experience.
