Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Configure systems settings and options
Execute unit & integration testing while coordinating and preparing acceptance testing
Perform Level 1 and Level 2 application support for related systems
Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
Coordinate definition of compliance program Quality, IT General Controls
Performs recurring vendor compliance activities such as SOC Report gathering & review
Perform and coordinate open PO review, accruals review, with IT Leadership Team
Receive non-compliance notices by IT Dept and coordinate remediation with vendors
Track progress to plan, update tracking tools, & schedule meetings as required
Create documentation of internal procedures related to IT compliance
Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows
Create, update, and report appropriate metrics to the IT Leadership Team
What You Need
Experience in Quality, Compliance, project management, and basic budgeting & tracking
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets formulas and formatting
Comfort with a mix of desktop and cloud-based software tools for tracking and reporting
Ability to be detailed in a in a fast-paced environment
