Archer is an aerospace company based in Palo Alto, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 60 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do
Hire, develop, and lead an effective facilities team consisting of full-time employees, outsourced facility management service providers, contractors, and consultants
Participate in the site selection process, audit, and evaluate sites for the future
Establish and refine site services including, but not limited to, food services, event and conference support, fitness, employee perks and amenities
As part of the Project team, ensure construction activities translate/transition well into daily sustainable operations
Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management team
What You Need
10 years working experience in Facilities Management
Proven track record managing people and projects
Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
Organizational skills to set-up new sites and services
A sense of humor, appreciate the humor the world of facilities provides
Experience working in a start-up environment with a “get it done” attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, expert verbal and written communication skills
