The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
The Director, Cell Therapy Real World Evidence (RWE) will lead the generation of real-world evidence to help build the clinical, economic, and humanistic value proposition across all stages of the lifecycle for anito-cel (CART-ddBCMA) in the U.S.
- Complexity: Leads RWE planning and delivery across a wide range of indications to ensure access for anito-cel (CART-ddBCMA). Must successfully interact with a large network of senior stakeholders including market access, marketing, medical, regulatory, and clinical development.
- Scope: Designs and leads the execution of research at the indication level that is fully integrated into the development portfolio. Provides evidence that furthers the differentiation of anito-cel (CART-ddBCMA) based on the economic, humanistic, and clinical perspectives on value.
- Scientific knowledge: Highly specialized technical expert with excellent customer-facing skills due to regular interactions with Organized Customers, Payers, and Key Opinion Leaders. Conduct research of considerable methodological sophistication that can meet the high standards and scrutiny of peer reviewed journals, payers, and organized customers. Maintains up to date knowledge of rapidly advancing and increasingly complex methodological approaches in several fields.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- 7-10 years of RWE/HEOR experience in industry.
- Advanced degree in economics, public health, epidemiology, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience taking multiple products to market, developing US launch and lifecycle strategies.
- Successful application of outcomes research for multiple assets/indications in oncology/hematology.
- Expert level knowledge of RWE-related scientific disciplines.
- Outstanding record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the drug development & commercialization process, payer assessment methodologies, US health policy environment, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape.
- Has built relationships with major institutional, scientific, and pharmaceutical industry leaders.
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $260,000 per year. We are open to considering senior director-level candidates, and the pay range would be commensurate with level. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
