Our client is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Content Generalist. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the evaluation and improvement of AI-generated prompt responses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for AI technology and content creation

This is a part time (20 hours/ week), fully remote contract role. Contract may be extended/renewed. 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI-generated prompt responses for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and overall quality.
  • Provide detailed feedback on prompt responses to help improve AI performance.
  • Collaborate with the AI development team to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences, ensuring that AI responses align with these insights.
  • Assist in creating guidelines and best practices for prompt response evaluation.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation metrics.
  • Maintain documentation of evaluation processes and results.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Native English speaker with excellent content sense.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and its applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with content creation, editing, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Previous experience in evaluating AI model responses is highly preferred.

Hourly rate: USD$15~25
