We're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team to help build Arc and Codementor!
You'll work closely across our sales, marketing, support, and product teams to lead projects and build out processes. You will be the go-to expert for operations and processes, and you’ll bring this understanding to other teams by building dashboards and addressing any gaps and bottlenecks in operations.
This is a full-time, remote role. We ask candidates to be located within a 3-hour timezone difference of Taipei.
Things you might do
- Own projects to automate processes by using one or more off-the-shelf tools (e.g. Zapier, Apollo, Clay) to eliminate consistently repetitive or manual tasks
- Research and apply new tools to improve existing processes
- Maintain and understand internal operations workflow and be the point of contact for any updates on the system or ad-hoc requests
- Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests
- Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools within different teams
- Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the necessary changes to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across the team
- Identify and assist with product and tech issues the teams may run into
What you should have
- 3+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role
- Native or near-native spoken and written English
- Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools, data analysis, and writing SQL
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience owning projects that involve multiple stakeholders
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

- Experience working at a fast-paced software startup and cross-cultural team
- Are fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese — our product team is primarily based in Taiwan
