The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will partner with the global organization to develop and track annual budgets, contribute to quarterly board reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to impact strategic decision making in a hyper-growth environment at scale

Duties

  • · Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L
  • · Develop and maintain financial models for analysis
  • · Build dashboards and reporting tools in BI and EPM platforms
  • · Work collaboratively with budget owners to understand investment strategies
  • · Manage analytics and reporting against budget and forecast scenarios
  • · Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review
  • · In depth analysis of company performance, including identifying key KPI's and SaaS metrics
  • · Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Board Reporting
  • · Ad hoc projects with FP&A team

What you need

  • · Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
  • · Expert Excel skills such as nested logic functions, lookups, and Index/Match
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • · Acute eye for detail and high working standards
  • · Entrepreneurial or start-up mentality

What we'd like to see

  • Experience or interest in a SaaS business
  • PE or VC backed business experience or passion
  • Passion for technology and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with BI platform such as Tableau, PowerBI, or others
  • Data Analytics or SQL skills or background
