The IT Support Specialist manages the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of software and hardware solutions, including desktop management, cloud services, network management, server administration, and troubleshooting. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of all technical resources to our employees.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Your core duties include installing, supporting, and maintaining end-user computer systems, assisting users with IT-related services, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations both on-premises and in the cloud. Additionally, you will assist with server, network, and cloud infrastructure management and provide off hours on call IT support. 

    Location: Alpharetta, GA. Must be able to work in office Tues, Weds and Thurs weekly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supporting Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, MFP and printer devices, conference rooms, servers, networking, and IT systems in office and remote
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Intune, Jamf, Okta, FortiClient VPN, Active Directory, Azure and AWS
  • Maintain internal IT service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor ticket queues.
  • Assist in IT projects involving equipment upgrades, software upgrades, system migrations, asset management, and other initiatives.
  • Assist in supporting server and network issues
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including new hardware setups, access provisioning, and training.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for desktop, laptop, software, servers and operating systems
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision.

           Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Certifications in A+, Network+, Server+, Azure, CCNA, MCP, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.
  • The pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
