We are looking for a part-time Quality Assurance software tester and Customer Care manager to join our Quality Assurance and Customer Care team.
Your role will be to maintain high quality standards of the software developed by Aptoide and to help us extend our email support services. 

Role
• Specification of test scenarios and test cases;
• Answer email inquiries from our worldwide user base;
• Multiple software tests execution;
• Report defects and work closely with development team members.

 

Requirements

 •Student of the IT-related course
• Experience in software testing is desired
• Good communication skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English;
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills;
