Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic RFP Manager to join our team. The RFP Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, strong written communication skills and a proven track record of improving win rates for RFP responses.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will:
- Own the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other procurement documents like Information security questionnaires, etc.
- Conduct thorough analysis of RFP requirements to develop a comprehensive response plan.
- Lead the creation, review, and refinement of proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical and business information.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and senior management to align RFP responses with the company’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of proposal components.
- Ensure timely and high-quality submissions that meet client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure all responses are professionally written and aligned with the company's branding and messaging guidelines. Review and edit RFP responses for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the RFP response process and increase win rates.
- Maintain a repository of standard RFP responses, templates, answer library and other relevant documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all RFP-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in managing RFPs or a similar role within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of improving RFP win rates.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with RFP management software (like RFPio/Responsive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
