You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.

We are a pioneering robotics startup seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sr. Business Systems Developer. You will be a champion for integration of various systems, leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive systems architecture strategy to ensure all our core business systems applications are integrated and data flow automation. As a key member of the Information Technology leadership team, you will be the primary interface with external customers, suppliers, and 3rd party system reseller partners.  This role is pivotal in optimizing our business operations by identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to our systems and processes as well as database and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP, PLM, and CRM systems, with a proven ability to integrate these platforms to drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Database Development:  Architect a Manufacturing Database for product test, serial number(s), and shipping information.  Architect Failure Analysis Corrective Action Database for all RMA activity and ability to provide FA reporting to internal and external customers.  Fleet Management Database to monitor all field deployments real time.
  • Dashboard Development:  Automation of KPI’s into a Dashboard with real time data availability.
  • Partnership Management:  Management of third-party partners, developers, and platform resellers.
  • B2B Applications:  Develop and implement API’s with Product Contract Manufacturing Partners for real time product data transfer, such as: shipments, inventory, BOM’s, costing, etc.
  • Systems Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • System Design: Develop and document system designs, including data mapping, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • ERP, PLM, and CRM Integration: Lead the integration of ERP, PLM, and CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and process optimization.  Including API interface implementation with the Contract Manufacturing partner(s) ERP platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various systems to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management: Participate in system implementation projects, providing expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Testing: Conduct system testing to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on ERP, PLM, and CRM systems.  
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Business Central 365, Arena PLM Solutions, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce CRM and SAP.
  • Experience with API integration of ERP systems with Contract Manufacturing Partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in the hardware manufacturing industry is required.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business systems development and integration
